Club Management
 
The Monson Club is managed by an elected Management Committee. This consists of ten persons elected each year by the Members to take control of the management of the Club.
In addition the Club has the following Officers : President , Club Secretary , Treasurer & 3 Trustees.
 
The Club Secretary & Treasurer are responsible to the Members and Committee for the day to day running of the Club, Staff issues, decisions between each Management Committee meeting and Club policies.
 
Any Member who has held membership for more than 6 months can apply for a place on the Committee which meet once a month to discuss & resolve issues. Elections usually take place directly after the AGM.
The Committee is guided by the Club Rules book and the By-laws which every Member signs to abide by when applying for membership.
The Club rules and By-Laws also form part of our Club Premises Certificate agreement.
 
 
 
 


 
Complaints & Grievances
 
The Management takes any complaint or grievance seriously. Should any Member have a complaint then they should speak to one of the Management Committee who will hopefully resolve the issue. Alternativity please feel free to e-mail the Club. All complaints will be discussed at the monthly Committee meeting. Should time not allow this, the Club Secretary will make the decisions until the Committee meeting can take place.
 
We work to ensure that the Club remains and safe and friendly place for all who visit. We also recognize that the Club is located within a Residential area. The Management constantly reviews policies and procedures to ensure that not only do we comply with our Rules and By-laws , but also with our Club Premises Certificate agreement. Should a member of the public wish to comment on any issue please contact the Club by letter of e-mail.
AT THE LAST RESIDENTS MEETING IT WAS AGREED THAT IF RESIDENTS HAVE CONCERNS THEN THEY WOULD CONTACT THE CLUB.
